Dominium Receives Six Awards at 2021 MADACS Award Ceremony
Dominium was recognized at the Minnesota Multi Housing Association’s Multi Housing Achievement in Design, Advertising and Community Support Awards
Dominium, a leading apartment owner, developer and manager announced today that it has won six awards at the 26th annual Multi Housing Achievement in Design, Advertising and Community Support (MADACS) awards, hosted by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA).
Dominium and its employees were the recipients of the following awards:
- Maintenance: “Individual (176 - 250 Units)” was awarded to Eric Riedner for his work at The Bluffs at Liberty Glen.
- Community Manager: “Senior” was awarded to Samantha Geyer for her work at The Legends of Apple Valley.
- “Team (Site)” was awarded to the A-Mill Artists Lofts team.
- “Community Signage” was awarded to The Legends of Apple Valley.
- “Overall Marketing Campaign” was awarded to Dominium for its “ALL IN” campaign to combat COVID-19.
- Property Excellence: “Senior (101+ Units)” was awarded to The Legends of Woodbury.
