Dominium Announces Groundbreaking of 900 at Cleveland Park and Grand Opening of Preserve at Highland Ridge at Joint Event
The two communities will bring a combined 517 affordable homes to Nashville, Tennessee
Dominium, a leading affordable housing owner, developer and manager, celebrated the groundbreaking of 900 at Cleveland Park and the grand opening of Preserve at Highland Ridge in a joint event on April 6. Photos of the event are available here.
Both 900 at Cleveland Park and Preserve at Highland Ridge are located along Dickerson Pike in Nashville, Tennessee.
900 at Cleveland Park will bring 256 affordable apartment homes to Nashville. It will include 7 studio apartments, 153 one-bedroom, 65 two-bedroom, and 31 three-bedroom homes, all available to people earning no more than 60% of the Area Median Income. Its amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, dog park, and a rooftop terrace that overlooks downtown Nashville.
Preserve at Highland Ridge brings 261 affordable apartment homes to Nashville. It includes 56 one-bedroom, 99 two-bedroom, and 106 three-bedroom homes, all available to people earning no more than 60% of the Area Median Income. Its amenities include a clubhouse, gazebo, and playground.

Dominium partnered with Tennessee Housing Development Agency, The Metropolitan Development Housing Authority of Nashville, The Tennessee Department of Revenue, Industrial Development Board of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville, The Partnership Inc., Freddie Mac, Greystone and JP Morgan Chase to finance 900 at Cleveland Park. Dominium also collaborated with Smith Gee Studio and Hardaway Construction to build the development.
Dominium partnered with Tennessee Housing Development Agency, Metropolitan Development & Housing Agency, Industrial Development Board of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville, U.S. Bank N.A., Barings LLC, and Alliant Capital to finance Preserve at Highland Ridge. Dominium also collaborated with Smith Gee Studio and Hardaway Construction to build the development.
