2018 Year In Review
We have the pleasure of sharing the phenomenal progress that Dominium made in 2018 through our first-ever Year In Review. As you will see in the document below, Dominium has continued strong growth. We have expanded into new markets, established new programs and invested in new staff to achieve our mission more effectively.
As we continue progress towards our goal to double in size to 40,000-units by 2025, we celebrated two milestones this year that we are particularly proud of: we acquired our 30,000th unit and hired our 1,000th employee. These milestones are important because they show true progress in line with two of our key company values: focusing on growth and developing people. In addition, without integrity and our focus on long-term value, these values wouldn’t be here. These milestones mean that we are acting on our values and seeing tremendous success because of it.
We have also embraced our role as a community leader. As we have grown as a company, it is clear that our responsibility extends beyond completing deals and serving our residents. We have a responsibility to help build the communities where we operate and support our employees in improving those communities as well. This year we launched Dominium Gives to formalize our commitment to responsible leadership. In the years to come, we look forward to continuing our charitable efforts. We would like to thank the employees who have taken on the extra responsibility to make this endeavor a reality.
The importance of our work has never been more clear. Access to quality, affordable housing is becoming increasingly important in every community across the country. It is critical infrastructure that allows families to succeed, businesses to grow and communities to flourish.
