Brittany Baldwin
Brittany Baldwin is a Development Coordinator Manager for the Central Region. Baldwin is responsible for working with internal and external clients to ensure the timely completion of the due diligence process from loan origination through closing and post-closing on multi-family housing loans.
Baldwin is also responsible for providing oversight of the regional loan processor assignments as well as the reporting and policy requirements related to transactions.
She joined Dominium in August of 2016.
Baldwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
Melissa Bonpua
Melissa Bonpua is an Administrative Operations Manager for Dominium. Bonpua is responsible for organizing and managing the project needs of the Central and Southeast regional teams of the Development Department.
She joined Dominium in September of 2019. Previously, Bonpua was an Adjunct Professor of Digital Mass Communications and Journalism at Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, IA, and an Administrative Assistant for Saltech Systems and DSM Property Management in Ames, IA.
Bonpua holds a Master of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Journalism and Mass Communication from Iowa State University.
Angie Cich
Angie Cich is a Director of Executive Office Operations for Dominium. Cich is responsible for organizing and managing the staffing and project needs of executive level staff within the corporate office. She is also responsible for managing the Development Project Assistants and Development and Corporate Services Administrative Assistants.
Cich is on the Dominium Gives Advisory Committee and is a liaison to the Dominium Board and Dominium Foundation.
She joined Dominium in August of 2006.
Anna Fauchald
Anna Fauchald is a Communications and Events Specialist for Dominium. Fauchald is responsible for managing and hosting Dominium’s corporate events, collaborating with external stakeholders and vendors and internal departments to coordinate and execute events. She also provides substantial support to the Communications Director and team by helping develop and execute integrated marketing and branding programs across social media, email communications, employee engagement, and public relations.
She joined Dominium in November 2023.
Previously, Fauchald worked as a Communications Intern for Dominium and holds a Bachelor of Arts Business Communications and Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business.
Stefanie Fauth
Stefanie Fauth is a Senior Communications Specialist for Dominium. Fauth is responsible for writing, proofing, and researching communications campaigns. She also provides substantial support to the Communications Director and team by helping develop and execute integrated marketing and branding programs across traditional print, online marketing, social media, advertising, email communications, corporate events, employee engagement and public relations.
Fauth joined Dominium in July of 2023. Previously, she was a Communications Coordinator at Clare Housing, a non-profit supportive housing program for people living with HIV.
Fauth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and is in the process of receiving her Master of Mass Communications from South Dakota State University.
Julie Feneis
Julie Feneis is an Executive Office Operations Associate for Dominium. Feneis is responsible for organizing and managing the project needs of the Partner & Senior Vice President of Development, and the Development Department.
She joined Dominium in January of 2012.
Feneis holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, International Business and Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

As Senior Vice President and Project Partner, Jeff Huggett is responsible for locating and closing new development, redevelopment and acquisition opportunities.
Prior to joining Dominium in 1997, Huggett worked in asset management and workouts at Dain Corporation in Minneapolis, where he was responsible for a $100 million portfolio located in nine cities throughout the Midwest and Southeast. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer at Paine Webber Properties, Inc. in Boston, and Commercial Mortgage Banker at Eberhardt Company located in Minneapolis.
Huggett is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he received a Master of Science (MBS) degree.
Huggett is a founding contributor to the Dominium Foundation which contributes to important housing and social service organizations in the communities where Dominium operates.
Huggett also oversees Dominium's Pro Bono Development efforts, whereby Dominium provides free development services to important community initiatives.
Mark Moorhouse
Mark Moorhouse is the senior executive with responsibility for the Development and Acquisitions function for Dominium. This growing group of more than 80 professionals leads the nation in the development of affordable housing. Moorhouse started his career at Dominium in 1996, achieving progressive responsibility that included significant portfolio acquisitions, new project developments, and challenging historic preservation properties. During that time the company has grown from managing 6,000 units to nearly 40,000 units today, with properties in 19 states. Those properties meet a mix of family, workforce and senior housing needs. Moorhouse’s leadership is instrumental to Dominium’s ability to grow and his focus on improving our company-wide-systems is helping the company achieve its long-term goal to grow to 40,000 units by 2025.
Moorhouse holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from St. Cloud State University.
Moorhouse is Chair of The Board of Directors at Summit Academy OIC (SAOIC), an accredited vocational school established in 1996 that helps low-income individuals obtain the job skills training needed to secure well-paid employment and, ultimately, to lead a more stable and rewarding life. Moorhouse is a committed Board Chair member of Minnesota Housing Partnership (MHP), an affordable housing advocacy group that strengthens development capacity and promotes systems change to expand opportunity for those in greatest need. Moorhouse is also a member of the Council of Large Affordable Housing Owners (CLAHO), a best practices group.

Paula Prahl
Paula Prahl is a Partner, Chief Policy and Corporate Affairs Officer & Executive Vice President for Dominium. Prahl will develop a program to ensure effective and consistent interactions with governments and other key external stakeholders. The establishment of this role is critical to Dominium’s growth plan of owning 40,000 units by 2025.
Prahl most recently served as managing director of communications and public affairs at Varde Partners, a hedge, real estate and private equity fund based in Minneapolis. Previously, she served over a decade as senior vice president of communications, public affairs and corporate responsibility at Best Buy and served nearly a decade as vice president of government and community relations at Honeywell. Prahl began her public policy career as the director of public policy at the Minnesota Business Partnership.
Prahl holds a BA from Smith College and an MA from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
Michael Voss
Michael Voss is the Director of Communications for Dominium. In his role, Voss shapes the company’s voice, collaborates with executive leadership to develop and implement a communications strategy, and oversees all internal and external communications involving the organization.
Voss has an extensive background in communications. Before working at Dominium, Voss was an independent consultant, advising organizations such as Cargill, the Pohlad Family Foundation and MetaBank. During that period, he also co-authored two humorous novels about life in corporate America. Prior to that, Voss spent 15 years at Best Buy, most recently as Senior Director of Employee Communications. He began his professional career as a copywriter at Edge Advertising.
