Management
Scott Ewing
As Partner, Chief Construction and Architecture Officer & Executive Vice President at Dominium, Scott Ewing is responsible for managing all Dominium’s construction projects. Ewing is responsible for $250 million of new construction, renovation and major repairs within Dominium’s portfolio.
Ewing's experience is instrumental in maintaining a positive working relationship with outside consultants to ensure projects are completed with high quality standards, on time and within budget. He also works with numerous Architectural and Engineering partners to ensure timely delivery of accurate project documents.
Ewing has over 20 years of General Contracting experience. Prior to joining Dominium he had the opportunity to build several Dominium projects such as 808 Berry Place, The Bluffs at Nine Mile Creek and The Landings at Silver Lake Village.
Ewing is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science and Management.
Jim Felton
Jim Felton is a Vice President of Construction for Dominium. Felton is responsible for leading the self-perform construction team to ensure project work is completed on or ahead of schedule, on or under budget, and that all internal and external stakeholders receive open and prompt communication of goals, objectives and timelines.
Previously, Felton worked at U.S. Bank as an Assistant Vice President. Here he was involved with U.S. Bank Corporate Real Estate Group and managed Capital Expenditures for new branches and internal office space.
Felton holds a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University. He also holds a certificate in Architectural Drafting and Estimating at Dunwoody Industrial Institute.
Jennifer Moulton
Jennifer Moulton is the Vice President of Architecture. Jennifer is responsible for Dominium’s strategic technical direction and architectural integrity while also coordinating the design of properties, designing for the Dominium portfolio and leading the architecture support staff.
Jennifer most recently held the role of Vice President of Architecture at the international design firm, Harrison. Prior to that, Jennifer held roles such as Market Leader, Director of Architecture and Development, and Manager of Design at companies such as CR Architecture and Design, Fogo de Chao and CEC Entertainment, respectively. She also co-owned the Moulton Hurst Group from 2005 through 2012.
Adam Brookins
Adam Brookins is a Vice President of Construction for Dominium. Brookins is responsible for leading construction management activities, providing project management leadership for multiple projects so that project work is completed on or ahead of schedule, on or under budget and that all internal and external stakeholders receive open and prompt communication of goals, objectives and timelines.
Brookins brings 15+ years of experience as a general contractor, subcontractor, distributor and manufacturer to the Dominium Construction & Architectural Services team. He has broad experiences in hands-on construction as well as construction management within the industry. Previously, Brookins was Business Manager at Kasota Stone Fabricators and Chief Operations Officer at Hoffman Weber Construction.
Brookins holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies and a Construction Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
Jessica Alman
Jessica Alman is an Administrative Operations Manager at Dominium. Alman is responsible for providing support for Dominium Construction and Architectural Services.
Construction
Keith Richters
Keith Richters is a Senior Project Manager for Dominium. Richters is responsible for leading construction management activities, providing project management leadership for projects to ensure that project work is completed on or ahead of schedule, on or under budget and that all internal and external stakeholders receive open and prompt communication of goals, objectives, and timelines.
Richters has years of experience in Construction. He has previously worked as Project Managers for Bowlero, Buffalo Wild Wings, Select Comfort, Tenant Construction, Software Etc., Famous Footwear and Carousel Snack Bars.
Richters holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology.
Sean Imani
Sean Imani is a Senior Project Manager for Dominium. Imani is responsible for leading construction management activities, providing project management leadership for projects to ensure that project work is completed on or ahead of schedule and on or under budget, and ensuring all internal and external stakeholders receive open and prompt communication of goals, objectives, and timelines. He joined Dominium in August 2021.
Previously, Imani worked as a Senior Project Manager at DOC’s Construction LLC and Development Manager at Astute Construction Group.
Imani holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry of Materials, both from Metropolitan University of Denver.
Bill Buelow
Bill Buelow is a Project Manager for Dominium. Buelow brings 30+ years of experience as a general contractor, manager and supervisor to the Dominium Construction & Architectural Services team. Buelow has extensive experience in both hands on construction and construction management in all facets of residential and multifamily construction.
Buelow's resume of work includes new construction, extensive rehab, and site work modifications. In these practices, Buelow has successfully managed many large projects simultaneously including property evaluation, scope writing, lite cad drawing, bid document preparation, price negotiations, preparing contracts, supervising the construction process, prepare punch lists and facilitating warranty work.
Buelow attended both Inverhills Community College and the University of Minnesota.
Yao Wang
Yao Wang is a Construction Project Manager for Dominium. Wang is responsible for leading construction management activities, providing project management leadership for multiple projects so that project work is completed on or ahead of schedule, on or under budget and that all internal and external stakeholders receive open and prompt communication of goals, objectives and timelines.
Previously, Wang worked as a Senior Construction Manager at Sylvan Road Capital and as a Construction Manager at Valiant Residential.
Wang holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from the National University of Singapore.
Jack Rolfe
Jack Rolfe is a Senior Property Damage Claims Specialist with its Dominium Construction and Architectural Service teams. Rolfe is responsible for claims intake, construction documentation and loss monitoring.
Previously, Rolfe was an Operations Manager at Ken Geroux Construction Corporation. There, he oversaw all daily operations for custom design/build general contractor.
Rolfe has IICRC Certifications in Water remediation and Applied Structural Drying.
Superintendents
Adam Estep
Adam Estep is a Superintendent for Dominium. Estep is responsible for the execution of construction projects through organizing, planning and overseeing project tasks. This includes completing quality inspections and supervising all project members, including staff and sub-contractors.
Estep joined Dominium in August 2022.
Willie Walker
Wilbert (Willie) Walker is an Assistant Superintendent for Dominium. Willie is responsible for overseeing the construction process, staff and sub-contractors of various projects. He works closely with supervisors and project managers to ensure that projects hit their respective milestones. Additional responsibilities include creating readies and inventory control.
Willie joined Dominium in July 2022.
Architecture
Sean Goodemote
Sean Goodemote is a Specification Writer for Dominium. Goodemote is responsible for working with the Dominium Construction and Architectural Services team to review plans and prepare specifications. Additionally, his responsibilities include attaining knowledge of building codes, state housing agencies, Fair Housing guidelines and Enterprise Green Communities.
Previously, Goodemote was a Project Manager and Architectural Designer involved with the development of over 50 projects throughout central Florida, carrying projects all the way from pre-design through construction.
Goodemote holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida. Sean holds a NCARB Certificate and is licensed in Florida for Architecture.
Sean Berneche
Sean Berneche is a Senior Architectural Quality Control for Dominium. Berneche is responsible for managing the company's outside design teams to ensure designs adhere to Dominium's standards. In addition, he is in charge of quality control of all construction documents and for maintaining Dominium's design standards. He also assists the construction supervisors with construction oversight of our new development and rehab work completed by Dominium Construction & Architectural Services, LLC.
Previously, Berneche spent many years as a carpenter for The Municipal Building Commission. In addition, he spent many years working on updates and restoration projects within the historic Minneapolis City Hall. Berneche also has received his Construction Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
Beau Prest
Beau Prest is an Architectural Designer III for Dominium. Prest is responsible for coordination between Architecture Project Managers and the Production team. His tasks include project management, contacting municipalities for construction permits, and assisting with reviews of the production drawings. He joined Dominium in November 2021.
Prest previously worked as an Architectural Designer for Dominium. Before joining Dominium, he worked at Real Estate Equities Development working on Senior COOP Living facilities where his responsibilities involved planning, design, marketing renderings and construction documents. Prest received a Masters of Architecture at South Dakota State University.
Madisyn Ahrens
Madisyn Ahrens is an Architectural Designer II for Dominium. Ahrens is responsible for coordination between Architecture Project Managers and Production team, along with contacting municipalities for construction permits and assisting with production drawing review. She joined Dominium in August 2022.
Ahrens previously worked in landscape, multi-family, and high-end residential design, as well as at a structural engineering firm while finishing her Associates in Architectural Drafting and Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from Dunwoody College of Technology.
Alfredo De Dios Luna
Alfredo De Dios Luna is an Architectural Designer II for Dominium. Alfredo is responsible for supporting the construction and architecture teams through the creation and development of schematic drawings, design development, construction documentation and construction administration for various projects. He joined Dominium in August 2023.
Previously, Alfredo was an Architectural Designer at Rhode Partners where his responsibilities were creating permit documents, construction drawings and 3D renderings for high rise multi-family projects, as well he has experience in single-family projects in different places like Mexico, Brazil, Miami and Texas.
Alfredo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Montemorelos University.
Carlos Martinez
Carlos Martinez is an Architectural Project Manager for Dominium. Martinez is responsible for coordination with the Production team, along with contacting municipalities for construction permits and assisting with production drawing review. He joined Dominium in August 2023.
Previously, Martinez worked in project coordination for market-rate, multi-family projects at GFF. Prior to that, he worked with CR Architecture + Design, organizing and reviewing construction documents for retailing projects.
Martinez holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of San Pedro Sula. He is also a member of the Honduran Institute of Architects.
Erin Johnson
Erin Johnson is an Architectural Designer II for Dominium. Johnson is responsible for supporting the construction and architecture teams through the creation and development of schematic drawings, design development, construction documentation and construction administration for various projects.
She joined Dominium in August 2023.
Support Team
Quezia Tournear
Quezia Tournear is a Construction Assistant at Dominium. Tournear is responsible for providing support for Dominium Construction and Architectural Services.
Tournear holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Mogi das Cruzes University.
