Nick Andersen
As Senior Vice President and Regional Development Leader, Nick Andersen is responsible for leading the region-wide Development efforts for Dominium in the Southeast. His daily responsibilities include oversight of Dominium’s pipeline in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. He is responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring the Development staff in the Southeast region – providing oversight to all Development Analysts, Associates, and Vice Presidents based in Dominium’s Southeast Regional Office in Atlanta.
Since joining Dominium in 2007, Andersen has led a variety of project types including general partner interests, acquisition and rehabilitation of existing apartment communities, development of ground-up new construction projects, as well as historic reuse projects.
Andersen graduated Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas as an Aquinas Scholar with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship. His professional affiliations include the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition. He serves on the QAP Advisory Committee for the GAHC.
Andersen is also a founding contributor to the Dominium Foundation which contributes to important housing and social service organizations in the communities where Dominium operates.
Katessa Archer

Katessa Archer is a Vice President and Project Partner for Dominium. Archer is responsible for new project development, acquisition, and financing. Her daily responsibilities include analyzing new acquisition and development opportunities, determining project feasibility, overseeing design and construction, structuring partnerships and negotiating with lenders, investors, and third-party vendors. She joined Dominium in September of 2018.
Previously, Archer was a Development Intern, Analyst, Associate, and Senior Associate for Dominium. In addition, she worked as a Real Estate Advisory Intern for Cushman & Wakefield.
Archer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Urban Studies from the University of Minnesota. She also serves as a Board of Directors member for the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN).
Farah Asadulla
Farah Asadulla is an Administrative Assistant for Dominium. Asadulla is responsible for organizing and managing the project needs of the Southeast regional teams of the Development Department.
She joined Dominium in August of 2021. Previously Asadulla was a Concierge and Property Management Assistant at North American Properties where she assisted Property Management and Marketing.
Asadulla is a volunteer for City of Refuge, a nonprofit organization that provides resources, and shelter for those in need.
Miller Calhoun

Miller Calhoun is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Calhoun is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in June of 2023.
Previously, Calhoun was an Acquisitions Analyst at Copper Beech Real Estate Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate, Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Banks Collier

Banks Collier is a Development Associate for Dominium. Collier is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. She joined Dominium in June 2021.
Previously, Collier was a Development Intern at Landmark Properties.
Collier holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance and a Legal Studies Certificate from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.
Glen Daniels

Glen Daniels is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Daniels is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in June of 2022.
Previously, Daniels was a Private Equity Intern Analyst for GMF Group.
Daniels holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University.
Robert Eisenman

Robert (Robbie) Eisenman is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Eisenman is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in July of 2023.
Previously, Eisenman was an Analyst for Altus Group, where he focused on appraisals of all property types. He also worked as a Development Associate at Track West Partners where he focused on land acquisitions and pre-development for single tenant NNN lease retail development.
Eisenman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.

Khalid El-Shabazz is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Khalid is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in July of 2023.
Previously, Khalid was a Development Intern for Dominium. He also worked at Colliers International as a Research Intern.
Khalid holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate and received an International Business Certificate from Florida International University.
Adam Hodges
Adam Hodges is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Hodges is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in June of 2024.
Previously, Hodges was a Development Intern for Dominium.
Hodges holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Adria Hollis

Adria Hollis is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Hollis is responsible for underwriting multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments and coordinating with third parties to manage the entitlement, design and construction processes.
Hollis joined Dominium in January of 2024 as a Development Intern. Previously, Hollis worked as a Program & Policy Intern with Enterprise Community Partners, with the Faith Based Development Initiative (FBDI) and Preservation NEXT programs. In addition, Hollis served on the Board of Directors as a Student Member with Atlanta Neighborhood Development and Partnership (ANDP).
Hollis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Rust College and her Masters in Urban Studies at Georgia State University and holds a Certificate in Urban Studies from Harvard Online. She is a member of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN) and is an active member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
Ashle' Mathis
Ashle' Mathis is a Develpment Coordinator for the Southeast Region. Ashle' is responsible for working with internal and external clients to ensure the timely completion of the due diligence process from loan origination through closing and post-closing on multi-family housing loans.
She joined Dominium in November of 2021. Ashle' previously worked at Ameris Bank as a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist II and Patriot Capital Corporation as a Senior Leading Operations Specialist II.
Ashle' holds a Bachelors of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences in Business Marketing Management with Minors in Sociology and Writing from Georgia Southern University.
Sarah Oh
Sarah Oh is a Development Coordinator for Dominium. Sarah is responsible for working with internal and external clients to ensure the timely completion of the due diligence process from loan origination through closing and post-closing on multi-family housing loans.
She joined Dominium in October of 2022. Previously, Sarah worked as a Loan Closing Specialist at Ameris Bank. Most recently, she worked as a Loan Specialist at Georgia Banking Company.
Devon Quist
As Vice President and Project Partner, Devon Quist is responsible for new project development, acquisition and financing. His work includes analyzing new acquisition and development opportunities, determining project feasibility, overseeing design and construction, structuring partnerships and negotiating with lenders, investors and third-party vendors.
Quist joined Dominium in 2015 and has completed a variety of projects across the country. Residing in the Tampa Bay area, he specializes in the new construction of multifamily affordable housing using non-competitive resources in the Central Florida region. Quist has been involved in the acquisition and/ or development of 13 projects, leading to the creation or preservation of approximately 3,000 affordable homes.
Prior to joining Dominium full time, Quist was a Development Intern for Dominium where he assisted project partners, developers, and associates with market research and the production and analysis of financial models.
Quist holds a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Studies and a minor in Economics from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. His professional affiliations include the Bay Area Apartment Association (BAA), Urban Land Institute – Tampa Bay, the Coalition of Affordable Housing Providers (CAHP), and the Florida Housing Coalition (FHC). He has also serves on the Multi-Family Developer Council of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO).
Shaun Reinhardt
Shaun Reinhardt is a Vice President & Project Partner for Dominium. Reinhardt is responsible for new project development, acquisition, and financing. His daily responsibilities include analyzing new acquisition and development opportunities, determining project feasibility, overseeing design and construction, structuring partnerships and negotiating with lenders, investors and third-party vendors.
Since Joining Dominium in 2015, Reinhardt worked on a variety of project types including general partner interest acquisition, Acquisitions and rehabilitation of existing apartment communities, ground-up new construction projects, as well as being an integral member of the initial structured finance team where he was involved in structuring debt funds and securitizations of both internal and external collateral. Reinhardt also worked on an $80 million permanent supportive housing development as a pro-bono development consultant.
During his tenure, Reinhardt has been involved in the acquisition and/or development of over 3,000 units, placement or assumption of nearly $300 million in permanent debt, over $400 million in construction, bridge and gap financing, over $250 million in federal and state LIHTC equity, and over $500 million in structured debt and securitizations.
Previously, Reinhardt was a Development analyst and associate at Dominium and was promoted to Vice President & Project Partner in January of 2022. He was also previously an intern with Dominium and AEI Capital Corporation.
Reinhardt graduated Cum Laude from the university of St. Thomas with a degree in Finance.
John Rodriguez

John Rodriguez is a Government Relations Associate at Dominium. In this role, he is responsible for supporting Dominium's relationships with elected and appointed officials, legislative and executive staff, and industry partners. He is also responsible for advocacy on initiatives impacting the housing industry and supporting relationships for regional development projects. He joined Dominium in September of 2023.
Previously, Rodriguez worked as a Program Manager for an educational non-profit focused on improving college and career outcomes for underrepresented communities.
Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Williams College, along with a Master of Science in Urban Policy from Hunter College.
Ryan Summerwill

Ryan Summerwill is a Development Associate for Dominium. Summerwill is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in October 2021.
Previously, Summerwill worked as a Development Intern at Dominium in Atlanta, GA; a Research Assistant for the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at University of Wisconsin; and a Development Intern at Point B Properties in Chicago, IL.
Summerwill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from University of Wisconsin – Madison. His professional affiliations include the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Terry Sween
Terry Sween is a Vice President and Project Partner for Dominium. Terry Sween is responsible for new project development, acquisitions, and financing. His daily responsibilities include analyzing new acquisition and development opportunities, determining project feasibility, overseeing design and construction, structuring partnerships, and negotiating with lenders, investors, and third-party vendors.
Since joining Dominium in 2013, Terry Sween worked on a variety of project types including historic adaptive reuse, acquisition rehabilitation and ground up new construction. His experience includes the historic redevelopment of the national landmark Fort Snelling Upper Post in Minneapolis, Minnesota into 191 affordable homes for veterans.
Previously, Terry Sween was a development staff associate and associate at Dominium and was promoted to Vice President and Project partner in January of 2021. Prior to joining Dominium Terry Sween was a commercial underwriter for Huntington Bancshares.
Sween holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. His professional affiliations include the Indiana University Alumni Association and Urban Land Institute.
Jake Trammell

Jake Trammell is a Development Analyst for Dominium. Trammell is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in June 2022.
Previously, Trammell interned for Pritchard and Jerden & Lockton insurance brokerages.
Trammell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia.
Thomas Williams

Thomas Williams is a Development Associate for Dominium. Williams is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction. He joined Dominium in April 2022.
Previously, Williams worked for The NRP Group as a part of their Development Rotational Program.
Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University with a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
