John Rodriguez is a Government Relations Manager at Dominium.

In this role, he is responsible for managing and cultivating Dominium's relationships with elected and appointed officials, legislative and executive staff, philanthropic organizations and industry partners at the state and local levels. He is responsible for shaping and advancing the company's public policy agenda in the Southeast, advocating for legislation and regulatory changes, and providing insights and recommendations to Dominium’s leadership. He is also responsible for supporting the approvals process for regional development projects, including zoning, funding and permitting. Additionally, he represents Dominium before legislative hearings, public forums and industry coalitions to provide advocacy on initiatives impacting the housing industry. He joined Dominium in September of 2023.

Previously, Rodriguez worked as a Program Manager for an educational non-profit focused on improving college and career outcomes for underrepresented communities.

Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College, along with a Master of Science in Urban Policy from Hunter College.
